The Nutmeg HR Portal is an online resource for local governments that consists of an expanding collection of Municipal Human Resources tools. The HR Portal is part of the Capitol Region Council of Government’s (CRCOG) efforts to encourage sharing of opportunities, knowledge, resources between municipalities.
